Public sector team

A public sector team were keen to redefine their remit during a period of re-organisation.

They were tasked with strategic focus, but didn't have clarity from above what that meant for their delivery.

Ideality worked with the team to help reposition their offering in the light of their changing circumstances, and a series of positive team workshops led to a renewed vision for the way ahead and re-energised the team to tackle challenging times with a positive focus.
